Quickstart
List a community's upcoming events: first with curl, then from your own
server with the JavaScript client, then rendered with the React components.
Get a key and your community tag
In the community admin, open Integrations → API keys. Copy the
publishable key (ck_…): it can read public data and is safe to use
anywhere. Your community tag is the name in your community's address, for
example your-community.
Reads like this one need only READ_PUBLIC. Signing members in, checkout and
anything operator-side need a secret key, kept on your server. See
API keys and scopes.
Make the call
export COBUNTU_KEY=ck_your_publishable_key
curl "https://api.cobuntu.com/api/v1/communities/your-community/events?upcoming=true&limit=3" \
-H "X-API-Key: $COBUNTU_KEY"Read the answer

Next steps
- Embed in your own code: the server, the session cookie and member sign-in, end to end.
- Show events on your site: filters, an event page, RSVP and checkout.
- REST API reference: every endpoint, filterable by key type and scope.
